Questions & Answers

Ask a Question
  • I have a fountain that was purchased about 14 years ago - called the Garden Sphere 2071-F from this manufacturer (I think) but at the time I got a pineapple instead of the ball at the top. I purchased it locally and need a new one - the bowl has rebar rusting and the concrete is chipping - and my local place is out of business. Do you have any other choices of the top feature for this bowl and stand? My present color is Palomino but I don't see that on the color chart. I am willing to consider changing the color and getting something other than a pineapple. Thank you for any help with this.

Please reach out to us directly at info@outdoorartpros.com and we can further assist with a possible custom option for this fountain.

It is very important for you to protect your cast stone and pottery fountains, birdbaths, planters and statuary from the freeze-thaw cycle during the winter months. Ideally, cast stone and pottery décor that can collect water, should not be left outside when temperatures dip down to freezing. They should be stored indoors or in a dry protected place such as a covered porch or garage that is away from the elements. This is not always possible, so it is recommended that you completely dry out your décor and add a waterproof cover. This is because any cast stone or pottery component that can hold water and freeze has the potential to crack and crumble. Components such as fountain pedestals which remain in a basin/pool can also crack or crumble.
