Questions & AnswersAsk a Question
How do you choose the finish if you want FL and WL as you finish ...like the picture? In ordering, it won’t allow me to choose 2.
Great question! When you are placing your order, just notate in the notes area that you would like the 2 tone finish as pictured (FL+WL). We will also send a follow up email once we receive your order confirming that choice. If you prefer assistance placing your order, you are more than welcome to call us at 888-562-7602.
I am assuming the slate spillway has more sound than the waterfall. Is this correct. My husband is hearing impaired. This fountain does not adjust from one to the other, right?
The flow is not adjustable. The main source of sound will be from the water falling from the spillway into the basin below.

It is very important for you to protect your cast stone and pottery fountains, birdbaths, planters and statuary from the freeze-thaw cycle during the winter months. Ideally, cast stone and pottery décor that can collect water, should not be left outside when temperatures dip down to freezing. They should be stored indoors or in a dry protected place such as a covered porch or garage that is away from the elements. This is not always possible, so it is recommended that you completely dry out your décor and add a waterproof cover. This is because any cast stone or pottery component that can hold water and freeze has the potential to crack and crumble. Components such as fountain pedestals which remain in a basin/pool can also crack or crumble.
